Fixed ACPI handling

ZappeL requested to merge zpl/asus-nb-ctrl-acpi_call into master

new release of "sys-power/asus-nb-ctrl" this contains:

  • updated metadata.xml
  • added acpi_call and the corresponding modules-load
  • cleanedup useflag dependencies
