Setting version-tag for linux-packaging systems.

Changed:
- Makefile: install phase adjusted
- common/common.h: `MOP_FILE_PATH` (defaults now to: /var/tftp/mop)
- common/port.h: removed duplicate function and added `<bsd/string.h>`
